Transaction support

Whether you need due diligence or collaboration in pre-contract negotiations: our many years of experience in employment-law transaction support give you assurance, both in domestic and cross-border situations.

We design an approach to the personnel and employment-law challenges of your transaction. At your request, for all facets of the transaction, we either assemble a custom-made project team from our network or we cooperate seamlessly with the partners and consultants of your choice.

In providing advice, we place particular emphasis on factors critical to success: in addition to taking account of the risks of occupational pension plans, social security risks (ostensible self-employment), defective establishment and board structures and unrecognised application of collective pay scales, we also design a resolution on the transaction which will be successfully passed in your European and national co-determination bodies.

Throughout a transaction we advise you on the optimum design of structural changes and business transfers, while bearing in mind topics such as changes in pay rates or pay scale harmonisation. In this way we prepare the ground for the future remuneration and employment conditions of your choice.
