Barbara Reinhard advises companies in particular on transformation and transaction projects, such as reorganizations and restructurings, IT transformations, M&A transactions or on the harmonization and modernization of working conditions. A strong focus of her work lies in company and corporate co-determination. She is also a renowned expert in employee data protection law as well as in questions of compliance with employment law. She is an author and lecturer on numerous labor law topics and a honorary professor at the Philipps University of Marburg.
