KLIEMT.HR Lawyers continues to grow in Frankfurt

KLIEMT.HR Lawyers continues to grow: Ferdinand Groß from dkm and Jutta Heidisch from Allen & Overy, two experienced attorneys established on the market, are moving to the Frankfurt office of the specialised employment-law firm.
Ferdinand Groß (37), who will be moving to KLIEMT.HR Lawyers on August 1 2019 at the latest, is a Certified Employment Law Specialist and since 2011 has been at the Munich firm dkm Rechtsanwälte, which also specialises in employment law. Most recently he was a salary partner there. At KLIEMT.HR Lawyers he will start as a counsel – the status corresponding to salary partner in other firms. He will work closely together with Dr. Barbara Reinhard, one of Gemany’s leading employment-law partners. His clients include national and international employers and senior executives. He provides comprehensive advice for enterprises, in particular on questions of works constitution law, and supports them on restructurings, external personnel and structuring employment terms and in disputes (including representation in proceedings before conciliation bodies).
Jutta Heidisch (31) is also a Certified Employment Law Specialist and an experienced litigator. Her consultancy work focuses mainly on areas of collective employment law, and she supports enterprises in restructurings, on topics of business transfers and collective agreement matters. From 2015 she practised at Allen & Overy in Frankfurt. Jutta Heidisch has joined Dr. Barbara Reinhard’s team as a senior associate.
“We are delighted that in Ferdinand Groß and Jutta Heidisch we were able to acquire not only two exceptionally competent and experienced employment-law experts of the younger generation, but above all two strong personalities, who together with our existing team will strengthen our position on the Frankfurt employment-law market even more,” says Dr. Barbara Reinhard, the head of KLIEMT’s Frankfurt office.
Ferdinand Groß is also looking forward to moving from Munich to Frankfurt: “KLIEMT is the number one firm for employment law. The possibility of handling such high-calibre and complex matters as KLIEMT.HR Lawyers offers is a particular incentive for me. My clients will profit not only from the great innovative energy of KLIEMT.HR Lawyers but also from the international competence from its integration in Ius Laboris.”
