Henrik Lüthge is a partner in the Hamburg office of KLIEMT.Arbeitsrecht. He provides comprehensive advice on individual and collective employment law. His clients include domestic and foreign companies. In particular, he advises on change processes, such as business transformations or the implementation of New Work concepts, other M&A activities, classic restructurings and reorganizations (in each case also in insolvency). In addition, he assists companies in collective bargaining and works constitution law (e.g., defense against industrial actions, change of collective bargaining agreements, in-house collective bargaining agreements and company compensation regulations), in external personnel compliance (employee leasing, contracts for work and services and status review before the DRV Bund) and in compliance investigations in connection with breaches of duty. In addition, Mr. Lüthge's clients include high-ranking executives, in particular board members and managing directors from the banking sector, but also from numerous national and international industrial companies. Mr. Lüthge is recommended as an advisor in employment law by all relevant ranking magazines, including JUVE, Legal 500, the Handelsblatt and Wirtschaftswoche.
