Anne-Kathrin Bertke advises on all issues of individual and collective labor law. Her practice focuses on advising on complex reorganizations and corporate transactions, including insolvency, domestic and cross-border transformations, in the area of corporate co-determination and SE foundations. She also advises companies and executives on board of directors and management matters, including in connection with IPOs, as well as in the banking sector, and represents clients in litigation before civil and labor courts. Anne-Kathrin Bertke also has special expertise in providing communications support for clients. She is a member of the action groups Supervisory Board Advisory, Corporate Co-determination and Private Equity/M&A.
