Two Kliemt.HR Lawyers Partners among the “40 Leading HR Minds 2023”

For the eleventh time, Personalmagazin has chosen the “40 leading HR minds”. Every two years, leaders from consulting, management and science are selected in a two-stage selection process who provide “groundbreaking impulses for shaping a modern working world”, as the magazine writes.

Kliemt.HR Lawyers is represented by two partners on the current list: Dr. Burkard Göpfert is once again among the ten leading HR personalities in the consulting category. Prof. Dr. Barbara Reinhard was honoured in the new special category “Big Five”. This category recognises all those who have been included in the list of the “40 Leading HR Minds” more than five times and have thus shaped the HR community for at least a decade.

“The 40 HR minds include many outstanding personalities who deal with the burning questions of today’s working world from the perspective of their respective profession. The fact that we are again represented twice on the list with Kliemt.Arbeitsrecht is a great success,” says Prof. Dr. Michael Kliemt. “The whole team is very happy about the recognition of our two colleagues and congratulates all the honourees.

The selection of the 40 leading HR managers, consultants and academics took place in two stages: Readers, multipliers, experts and editors first submitted suggestions that were compiled into a nomination list. The editorial team of Personalmagazin then researched the 150 or so people on the nomination list, compiled profiles and made the final selection decision.
