Miriam Siemen advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective employment law. One focus of her work is the structuring and termination of employment and service relationships. She accompanies restructuring processes and advises clients in termination disputes and in the area of works constitution law. She is a member of the focus group "Compliance & Investigations".
