Holger Faust advises clients in all areas of employment law. In his advisory practice, he regularly deals with issues of works constitution law, in particular with the drafting of works agreements on remuneration issues and IT systems. Holger Faust has advised on numerous operational changes on the employer side for national and international companies and conducted negotiations with works councils. A further focus of his work is on issues relating to the deployment of external personnel, in particular temporary employment. He also has extensive experience in litigation.
