As a result of our many years acting for enterprises in the sport and leisure industry, we know the requirements imposed on the sector by reason of changed consumer behaviour. Together with the enterprise, we develop individual employment-law solutions in order to tackle these requirements successfully. We also accompany enterprises and investors in the preparation and implementation of transactions and handle post-merger restructuring including the harmonisation of remuneration systems and occupational pension schemes. For many years we have worked together with trade unions and works councils to create tailor-made solutions, in open negotiations or on conciliation boards. If necessary, we rely on litigation to achieve what employment law requires.

We have also been at home in professional sports for many years, through our work for associations, clubs and sportspeople, but also for trainers and managers. We know the internal rules and regulations of associations and their interaction with public law. We cover the whole range of sports employment law from drafting contracts to terminating them: in football, of course, but also in handball, ice hockey, basketball, tennis, golf, riding and motor sports. We accompany a change of club, transfer and loan to another club within Germany and internationally, if players, trainers, or managers are hired from abroad or move to foreign clubs.
