Tomislav Santon advises employers on all matters of individual and collective employment law. One focus of his work is assisting companies through restructuring processes and providing support in matters relating to employee data protection, co-determination and protection against dismissal. He has particular expertise in the drafting and negotiation of IT company agreements. Tomislav Santon is a member of the “Digitalization in Companies” focus group.
