Tobias Lamß advises and represents national and international enterprises, executives, and the public sector in all matters relating to individual and collective employment law as well as social security law. His practice focuses on works constitution law, in and out of court support in connection with employment termination cases, support in internal investigations, and the drafting of employment, amendment, settlement, and termination agreements. Tobias Lamß has particular expertise in HR compliance, especially in advising on how to avoid the risks of bogus self-employment at the interface with social security and tax law. In this context, he advises companies and the public sector on status determination procedures and audits, conducts proceedings before the social courts, and advises on social security law issues in corporate transactions. He is member of the Whistleblowing and Compliance focus group.
