Stefan Fischer advises national and international companies primarily on issues relating to works constitution and collective bargaining law, for example in transformation and restructuring projects involving staff reductions and reconciliation of interests/ social plans and other agreements, including post-merger integration, as well as in the negotiation of works agreements (including on remuneration/pay transparency, including that of works councils, on (trust-based) working hours, on the introduction of AI/IT, and on the introduction of new working methods). He also has extensive experience in labour court litigation, including complex compliance cases, as well as in drafting and terminating service contracts for board members and managing directors. Stefan Fischer is an active member of the International Practice Group for Global Mobility/Immigration of Ius Laboris. He is also a member of the KLIEMT focus group ‘Board and Supervisory Board Consulting’.
