Thomas Leister advises national and international enterprises comprehensively on individual and collective employment law. A particular focus of his work is the development of strategic concepts for companies in the recruitment industry. He structures and implements cross-border contingent workforce management projects (MSP, RPO, EOR, etc.) and advises in particular on employee leasing, contracting, contingent workforce compliance and agile working methods. Other key areas of consultancy include change and transformation processes, outsourcing, works constitution and collective bargaining law as well as employment law in insolvency.
