Markus Bohnau advises enterprises of all sectors on collective-law topics and negotiates with works councils and trade unions, in particular on (post-merger) restructurings and outsourcing projects, including cross-border ones. Further main practice areas are employment-law consultancy on transactions (including due diligence and harmonisation of conditions of employment) and employment-law advice on professional sport, in particular on professional football transfers.
