Jan Teusch advises enterprises and senior executives primarily on restructurings and questions of works constitution and collective bargaining law. He also has particular experience in the field of supply of temporary employees and other forms of workforce deployment with a third-party element (e.g. on the basis of service or work contracts). In addition he has many years' experience in supporting enterprises on co-determination matters (e.g. accompanying supervisory board elections and optimising corporate structures with regard to co-determination law). He heads the action group on corporate co-determination at KLIEMT.HR Lawyers.
