Jan Heuer advises German and international enterprises as well as public institutions on all matters of employment law. One focus is the support of reorganizations and restructurings as well as representation in labour court procee-dings. He is also particularly experienced in data protection law (for example GDPR checks, IT works agreements) and in employment law compliance (for example internal investigations because of employee misconduct, avoidance of bogus self-employment and illegal hiring of temporary workers, compliance with works constitution law). Jan Heuer is member of the focus groups "Whistleblowing and Internal Investigations" and "Digitalisation in Companies" at KLIEMT.Arbeitsrecht.
