Christoph Seidler advises national and international clients primarily on questions of works constitution law (also involving conciliation committees), on drafting and implementing employment-law restructurings (in particular in connection with negotiations on the reconciliation of interests and redundancy schemes and transfers of business under section 613a of the German Civil Code), and also on employment-law litigation. In addition, his practice areas include drafting and terminating contracts of employment with senior management.
